The First Law of the Universal Laws of Attraction

The Universal Laws of Attraction start with the first law of God/Divinity/Creator/Source. This was given to us when we were incarnated. This first law of the Universal Laws of Attraction is depicted in the story of Adam and Eve, but it is given to each soul the instant the we set out with the intention of experiencing life. Most books depict this somewhat incorrectly, thus giving us the wrong idea of a good and joyous life.

First Law of Thermodynamics and Choice:

The first law of thermodynamics is the principle of conservation of energy. This is important as one of the cornerstone laws of Physics and not of the Universal Laws of Attraction. Everything has an internal energy and this is stable provided that no heat/energy is added and no work is done. This is possible for inert objects, but in a living system work is always being done and so energy must be added. The Creator arranged for several sources of energy on the earth. Thus, energy is not a problem. Choice is.

And this leads us back to the Creator/Source/God’s first law of the universal laws of attraction, as given to Adam and Eve. The Christian books tell us that the first law was “not” to eat from the tree of life. Ironically, eating from this tree would bring about death by giving them knowledge of good and evil. This was not the first law of the universal laws of attraction.

Let’s diverge for a moment, because this is a key difference between humans and animals. Animals do not anticipate or worry about their own deaths. Animals have fear at appropriate times, as when they are being pursued by a predator, but in that moment they flee, or hide depending on their instincts, or first instructions.

From this we might believe that animals did not eat from the Tree of Life, but humans did. And because we did, we adopted the first, and only, false belief – that there are things that are not from Divinity. This belief is evil as well as misguided. This false belief has caused all the evil in the world. This was a belief in polar opposites: life and death, rich and poor, good and evil and happy and sad. These are not things that come from God.

Divinity/Source/God did not create evil, ugly, lack or sadness or even death. Belief in these was a choice. Mankind was given choice and belief in these things was a choice.

The first law of thermodynamics gives us choice which relates it to the Universal Laws of Attraction. We can add energy to a system, or do work and remove energy from a system, but the system doesn’t end as long as there is energy to replace that used energy. The earth provides solar, wind, gravitational, tidal, magnetic, heat and carbohydrate energy. There is no lack of abundant energy. All this has been created by Divinity who gave us the Universal Laws of Attraction.

These energies have existed since the beginning of the earth, since the Garden of Eden, and will continue to be abundant until the earth is no longer used as a destination for souls.

Buddha Experienced Choice:

Buddha was given a choice. He was born into a wealthy family as a prince. No doubt his father practiced the Universal Laws of Attraction. As a young man, Buddha chose to leave his family to experience poverty and lived for a time among the most poor in his land. Sitting under the Bodhi tree, he came to understand the Four Noble Truths, that suffering is part of life only because of attachment and by not following the 8-fold Path, which is to do right things. Native Americans refer to this as following Creator’s instructions.

Attachment is the key here. Attachment signifies a belief in lack and death as we do not try to hold on to things unless we believe we won’t be able to get them back when we need them. This is counter to the Universal Laws of Attraction. These beliefs in lack, as we said before, are not things created by Divinity/God/Source, and thus are false beliefs. Divinity/Source/God only created what was His to create – abundance, love and joy. We access this by using the Universal Laws of Attraction.

Disbelieving in Divinity/Source/God, is a choice to believe in ugliness, lack and destruction. This breaks the first law of the Universal Laws of Attraction. Believing in these things is an affront to God. It always confuses me when those who claim to love God, also tell me that there is a devil who is alive and active in this world. If you believe in God/Creator/source, you cannot believe in the devil.

But, Buddha is not the only great teacher given to us.

Through His Choice Jesus Proved There is No Death:

Jesus went a different route from Buddha. He started as a child without the show of wealth, born in a manger. Yet, through his miracles: the change of water into wine and walking on water during a storm, and healing the lame, the blind and the sick, and the multiplication of the loaves and fishes, He proved that his life was abundant even though He had no palace.

And then, He told his apostles that when he was gone, they should go into the world and do what He did and teach His way. I think they misunderstood the first law. Although they lived with Jesus, and watched how He lived, they misunderstood His life.

The church of Jesus teaches that Jesus died “for our sins” or gave up His life to heal the first sin, or original sin. This original sin is the sin from breaking the first law.

But, the death of Jesus was not a sacrifice. This was only a sacrifice if you fail to believe in Divinity/Creator/God and your everlasting, all powerful connection to your Source. What did the crucifixion show us? Jesus showed us that a human could suffer all kinds of bodily attacks while in a state of love, and not suffer fear. He showed us that if one did not seek to attach to life in the body, there was no pain. He showed us that if one trusted absolutely in the Creator/Divinity/Father/God, and followed the first law that there was no death.

He showed us this, by returning after 3 days. He showed us, not that the original sin was now cleansed, but that there was no need to continue to break the first law. There was no reason to continue to foster the original sin.

He showed us that there is no death. What could be more obvious? He showed us again, in case we missed it the first time, when he transitioned into heaven through ascension.

You Are Not Your Body:

You and I are spiritual beings. The major religions of the world teach this. We are also taught that our spirits/souls are immortal and that we are made in the image and likeness of God/Source/Divinity. We are also taught by many sources that God is everywhere, or the Divine Matrix or the thinking stuff of Wallace Wattles.

We cannot escape from Divinity or from miracles. Wherever or whenever we have intent, or a wish, or a prayer, we will be heard. As long as we have faith, nothing shall be impossible.

“Faith is to believe what you do not yet see; the reward for this faith is to see what you believe.” -- Saint Augustine

"Have faith in God. For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, 'Be removed and be cast into the sea,' and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says. Therefore I say to you whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them. -- Jesus Christ, Mark 11:22-24.

"There is a thinking stuff from which all things are made and which, in it original state, permeates, penetrates, and fills the interspaces of the universe. A thought in this substance, produces the thing that is imaged by the thought. -- Wallace Wattles.

Why is it We Believe in the Separation?

The Course in Miracles puts the responsibility for belief in our separation from God in the Ego. The job of the Ego was to help us, as spiritual beings, to keep track of space and time, or dates and appointments. The Ego is totally earthbound and has never had the experience of spirit/Divinity/Source/Creator.

Too many humans have identified with their earthbound egos. The ego will die when the body dies. The ego will always live a finite, temporary, imperfect and incomplete existence. The ego cannot manifest, create or perform miracles. The ego will fight any belief that you are different from it.

A spiritual practice seems necessary to rise above the ego. This can be prayer or meditation, or any of the Eastern practices designed to help you connect with your spiritual or energetic self. Without seeking to disengage from the ego and to connect mindfully and willingly to Source/Creator/Divinity, it is very difficult to see the truth – that you are eternally one with everlasting love, infinite wisdom and the all powerful creator.
